A sound bath is a meditative, experience with various instruments, and sounds. Benefits include and are not limited to relaxing the nervous system, soothing anxiety, improving immunity, and emotional resilience, leaving you with a safe, harmonious, peaceful feeling.
No experience needed, just bring your open heart and open mind. All materials included!

* It's a good idea to wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, or bringing something to cover your clothes as backup.

October SPA CREATIONS:
A paintbrush becomes a safe tool to explore the dark without judgment. It allows us to play with our shadows, translate them into something beautiful, and finally bring them into the light. In this session we explore learning about the super powers of the bat and crow and capture this energy with our art tools, fully provided to you.

Did you know that a single little brown bat can catch up to 1,200 mosquito-sized insects in just one hour? They are vital protectors of our ecosystem.
I actually have a bat house in my own yard, and watching them swoop gracefully against the twilight sky is one of my absolute favorite sights to see at any time of year.

Crows teach us to find wisdom in the hidden corners of life. They are also fiercely intelligent, research shows that crows possess a brain-to-body ratio similar to a chimpanzee, meaning they can recognize individual human faces, pass knowledge down through generations, and even use tools to solve complex puzzles.
We explore layering, blending, and other techniques, so you capture the beauty and captivation of the seasonal trees, and flowers.

LOCATION: Albion, Maple Ridge. (near 240th and Kanaka).

Private Studio (address, and confirmation details sent after purchase).

How does my family benefit from this experience?
Artistic expression and empowerment are vital for children of all ages. As family grows, and shifts, shared experiences enhance connection, and cultivate healthy communication, as much as precious memories. Not to mention the cognitive growth by developing a sense of identity, and healthy ways to tune into our minds, and emotions. Engaging in art also facilitates the development of social skills, allowing human beings to communicate nonverbally and build relationship with their developing emotional world.

Additionally, artistic activities provide a safe outlet for self-expression, helping to reduce stress and foster self-awareness for all ages. These experiences empower children, as much as adults to explore their identity and develop essential life skills, contributing to their overall well-being.

Each session blends mediums, ignites imagination, and fosters self-expression. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
