Welcome to me! 

My intention is to facilitate connection to mind, body, and spirit through artistic expression. I fill my days with creating art, and facilitating various healing modalities of expression to cultivate more love within ourselves and the world around us.

I enjoy spending time in nature as a source of healing and revitalizing power. I enjoying time with my beloved family and friends as much as time in solitude creating and reflecting. There are many back stories rising above challenges with a sense of determined faith in resilience and resourcefulness.

I didn't always have this sense of confidence or creativity. I lived most of my life believing I had to struggle to get ahead, that I wasn't good enough, that I had to play small to fit in, I had to be busier, and work harder to be worthy, I felt I didn't really fit into the world.
