Shipping policy
- We aim to dispatch orders within 10 business days. Order on demand.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
- Shipping is available across North America.
P.O Box and International Shipping:
Standard domestic orders are eligible for P.O box delivery, however, certain limited-edition, large or express items are fulfilled through our international couriers, and cannot deliver directly into a Canada Post, P.O box and require a physical street address.
Unsuccessful deliveries and pickups:
If an international courier attempts delivery to a P.O box, the package will be held at your local post office outlet for pickup. You are responsible for collecting the package using your tracking number, and ID.
Refunds on Items in Transit:
Cancellations, or refunds are not issued while an item is actively in transit, unsuccessful (failed) in delivery, or held for pickup. If you choose not to pick up your package, it must be returned by the carrier. We can only assess the situation once the package is successfully received, and scanned back into our international facility.

International Orders:
- Customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and local handling fees.
