Shipping policy

Custom Art Apparel is made-to-order and printed on demand. Because each piece is customer printed individually after you purchase, processing takes longer than standard mass-produced items. This individual process ensures zero fabric waste, and prevents over production, making it more sustainable, and intentional way to produce wearable art. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from global facilities depending on where garment stock is available to enable a wide variety of products for you. Production and fulfillment typically take 10-14 business days before dispatch, it could be less if you are a regular customer. Once your custom item is printed and shipped, a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow it's progress.

P.O Box and International Shipping:

Standard domestic orders are eligible for P.O box delivery, however, certain limited-edition, large or express items are fulfilled through our international couriers, and cannot deliver directly into a Canada Post, P.O box and require a physical street address. 

Unsuccessful deliveries and pickups:

If an international courier attempts delivery to a P.O box, the package will be held at your local post office outlet for pickup. You are responsible for collecting the package using your tracking number, and ID.

Refunds on Items in Transit: 

Cancellations, or refunds are not issued while an item is actively in transit, unsuccessful (failed) in delivery, or held for pickup. If you choose not to pick up your package, it must be returned by the carrier. We can only assess the situation once the package is successfully received, and scanned back into an international facility.

International Orders: 

  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and local handling fees.
