HeArt Beat of Light
Since childhood I was fascinated with the ability of the heart - my "heArt." I demonstrated it's power in second grade at a science fair. I witnessed the pain of heart dis-ease. I've endured heartbreak so severe I thought it would kill me. Heartbreak, you may never hear me speak of again, because I learned the power of forgiveness. I also learned the art of loving from a distance. February is HeArt Month and I dedicate this piece "HeArt Beat of Light" to my parents. I humbly honour their growth, all they have done for me as parents and children of the universe. I bestow this as a symbol of healing for all. I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience love and healing with you. I learned my heart is the most radiantly beautiful and precious thing about me, and I cherish it fiercely, for the peace I have found within is invaluable. Speak your heart and follow its quiet guidance. Holding it in will surely cause distress in every area of your life and body. Life is too short to settle for half heartedness. Embrace it!
